PonderPost editors are continually looking for resources that support the “original intent” interpretation of the Constitution. We have found the following ever-expanding body of resources useful for our own education and research and wish to share them with you.

Constitution Society

Goal is to “provide almost everything one needs to accurately decide what is and is not constitutional.” Founded to address noncompliance with the United States Constitution and most state constitutions, the Constitution Society “publishes documentation, engages in litigation, and organizes local citizens groups to work for reform.”

Tenth Amendment Center

A “national think tank that works to preserve and protect the principles of strictly limited government through information, education, and activism.” The Tenth Amendment Center has a strong focus on “the study and exploration of state and individual sovereignty issues, focusing primarily on the decentralization of federal government power as required by the Constitution.”
